Turns out almond butter is AMAZING. I tried it this morning in an attempt to find a convenient non-meat source of protein that isn’t cheese, beans, or hummus. (I recently realized I eat way. too. much. cheese.)

Unfortunately almond butter is not only really delicious; it’s also really expensive.

But hey, this is the only body I’ve got, so I’m going to treat it right.

And, in that spirit, I’m off to the gym.
